Job Description
- This job role coordinates the operational
activities of the entire Business Hub to align with the corporate goals.
Job
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements Retail business
strategies in line with business objectives.
- Mitigate against losses in the Business
Hub to achieve ATC&C reduction targets.
- Ensures the alignment of technical
activities in the Business Hub to achieve commercial growth and targets.
- Coordinates and supports the activities of
all Service Centers and Support Functions in achieving business targets
based on corporate objectives.
- Identifies and implements business growth
opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Interfaces with stakeholders to recover
outstanding collections.
- Ensures all BH operations are carried out
according to IBEDC policies and procedures.
- Develops, coordinates, and maintains
mutually beneficial relations with customers and stakeholders in the
Business Hub.
- Promote customer satisfaction by driving
initiatives to understand, meet, and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop budgetary plans for Business Hubs.
- Ensure resolution of customer complaints.
- Prepares periodic and ad-hoc reports to
relevant stakeholders.
- Supports the HRBP to create a harmonious
work environment, mentors staff, and motivates all team members to perform
efficiently.
- Performs other sundry assignments as
directed by the Regional Head.
Job
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- A postgraduate professional certificate in
a relevant field. (Added advantage).
- Membership in relevant professional
bodies.
- At least 10 years of practical experience.
Skills & Competencies
Technical Competences:
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the
Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry (NESI).
- Sound Electric Power Knowledge - Energy
audit, Distribution network, Demand side management, Energy efficiency
- Good knowledge of the electricity supply
chain value system
- Knowledge of the electricity regulatory
codes and requirements
- Planning and Organizing
