Job Title: Lead, Internal Audit / Internal Control
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of an
effective internal controls and corporate governance program; must be
familiar with Nigerian regulatory requirements.
- Assess the effectiveness of internal
controls in business processes, systems, and financial reporting.
- Identify control deficiencies and make
recommendations to improve efficiency of operations and the control
environment.
- Evaluate the adequacy of action plans and
ensure follow up testing has been performed on all reported control
deficiencies.
- Evatuates market strategies,finances, and
deal prerequisites to screen potential business opportunities, advising on
equity investments.
Qualifications
and Requirements
- A First Degree in Accounting or any
related discipline.
- A Master's degree in Accounting is or MBA
would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of Associate Level membership of
following professional bodies is a MUST'
- Certified institute of Auditors (CIA),
Institute ot Chartered Accountants of Nigeria ('CAN), Association ot
Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA)»
- Consulting or multinational corporation
work experience is a distinct advantage,
- Knowledge of leadin9 practice in internal
audit, eooi5, techniques, concepts, and trends.
- Good understanding of Financial Controls,
ieading practices in financial setvice sectar, FRS accounting standards.
