Job Description
- As a Client Relationship Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a seamless and satisfying experience with our real estate services.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through the real estate process.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience, with a strong background in both legal and customer service aspects.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Proactively engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Legal Expertise: Provide legal guidance and support to clients, ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Documentation: Oversee the preparation and review of legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements in Lagos, Nigeria.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Strong background in legal matters related to real estate transactions.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the real estate market in Lagos, Nigeria.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
