Job Title: Head, Finance Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide insights into key financial metrics and trends to the executive team.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial forecasts to guide the organization's financial planning.
- Oversee the preparation of regular financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Present financial reports to the executive team, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field;
- 10 years of experience as a finance manager with a minimum of 3 years in the Fintech industry
- MBA or professional finance certification (e.g., CFA, CPA
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic decision making
- Knowledge of business acumen
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Note: Fintech Experience is Compulsory.
