Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Mushin, Lagos

Responsibilities


  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in [FMCG].
  • Proven experience in corporate and open market sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
