Job Description
- We are looking for a Male Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Portharcourt. As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and delightful shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer transactions
- Handle various forms of payments, including cash and credit
- Cross-sell products to enhance customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the till area
- Scan products accurately to prevent losses or damages
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to optimize the shopping journey.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND qualification
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Prior experience in a store representative role
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Familiarity with merchandizing and product display techniques.
