Job Description
- Communicate the customer service objective to Managers and Artists
- Quickly and effectively resolve customer issues
- Provide ongoing management of travel agencies
- Develop and lead communication and change management plans for travel
- Liaise with global and regional directors and local business units to understand their existing and emerging travel requirements and develop solutions for those needs
- Optimize online booking adoption
- Drive air and ground transportation savings
- Optimize hotel and airline spends
- Enhance the traveler experience and address safety/security needs
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators for the travel program with reporting.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees in relevant fields with 1 - 4 years relevant work experience.
Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
