We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Shift in Charge Production Manager
Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety protocols are followed
- Operate a variety of equipment, as needed
- Work with the Production Manager to schedule projects and maximize workflow
- Prepare production reports for supervisors or upper management
- Manage and resolve conflicts among employees.
- Assign tasks to staff members.
- Supervise staff to ensure that tasks are completed on time and according to safety laws.
- Order materials needed for production.
- Open up or close the warehouse at the start and end of the day.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide training where necessary.
- Resolve workplace disputes
- Must be based in Ilorin/Willing to relocate
- Manage the workflow and ensure that the team meets production requirements.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years experience.
