Job Description

  • We are looking for an Administrative Officer who will act as the point of contact for all employees, provide administrative support and manage queries.
  • /she will also be responsible for managing office equipment and properties.


  • Manage office properties, machines and gadgets
  • Perform human resource responsibilities such as handling recruitment, payroll and personnel databases
  • Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment
  • Provide administrative support to managers and senior-level officers as needed
  • Offer assistance in organizing events
  • Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers


  • A good First Degree in a related field, such as office administration, may be preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in administration or HR
  • Working knowledge of necessary productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn how to use standard office equipment
  • Proven experience in being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Notable organizational skills and the ability to provide organization and structure
  • Strong communication skills and the willingness to make phone calls, emails, and other communications with clients.
