Job Summary

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
  • You will be responsible for addressing customers' inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong relationships with our customers and maintaining their trust in our brand.


  • Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email with inquiries, orders, and product information.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery options.
  • Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry of information into the system.
  • Resolve customers' complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product offerings to effectively assist customers with their purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as the sales and logistics teams, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Proactively contact customers to provide order updates and address any additional needs or concerns they may have.


  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the apparel and fashion industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide outstanding service, even in challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

N40,000 - N50,000 monthly.
