Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Location: Wuse, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 - 10 years work experience.
- Experience in human resource management within the hospitality sector, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and regulations.
- Proven leadership ability and experience in managing a diverse workforce in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
