Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary
- As an Accountant you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- You will work closely with various departments to analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with accounting principles and standards.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, and prepare reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Participate in the implementation and maintenance of accounting software and systems.
Requirements
- BSC in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ICAN is an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting in a legal or entertainment space.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary
- Negotiable.
