WAVE is solving what is arguably the biggest challenge on the continent: youth unemployment. In West Africa, 40-85% of youth, more than 50 million, are either unemployed or underemployed. Meanwhile, job creation in the region is on the rise. The disconnect between work-ready youth and the employment market must be bridged.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Beauty Store Attendant
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with the E-commerce team to ensure a seamless shopping experience across all channels
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of E-commerce platforms and online sales processes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 / month.
