Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Anthony / Gbagada, Lagos

Description 

  • We are looking for a strategic, ambitious, energetic, and engaging Business development executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and support the business manager in the quest to optimize clientele by applying effective business development and sales strategy to fulfills organization's sales objectives
  • The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients and report directly to the Business manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer need
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
  • Perform other assigned duties

Qualification / Requirements

  • HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related program
  • Minimum of 5 years proven working experience working within the business development department of a consulting firm.
  • Proven sales track record in selling of Human Resource services e.g. recruitment, training, outsourcing etc.
  • Must be teachable and ready to be passionate about career growth
  • Very proficient in PowerPoint development and Pitch presentation
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Market knowledge and research-oriented
  • Must possess good Communication, negotiation and persuasion skill
  • Ability to build rapport and manage relationships with new and existing client
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Must be creative and innovative
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • This role is Full-time and onsite hence proximity to the Anthony / Gbagada area of Lagos is an added advantage

Net Salary
N120,000, Plus incentives and other welfare packages
