Job Summary

  • DreamCity Property and Investment Ltd, a leading player in the real estate and property construction industry, is seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Personnel to join our team.
  • As a Business Development Personnel, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Roles and Responsibilities
Market Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients/customers, and emerging market trends.
  • Analyze industry trends, perform competitor analysis, and evaluate market potential to inform business strategies and decision-making.

Lead Generation:

  • Actively seek and generate leads for potential clients/customers through various channels, including networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and utilizing online platforms.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and qualify leads for further engagement.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients/customers, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.

Proposal Development:

  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  • Create value propositions, devise pricing strategies, and deliver persuasive pitches to win new business opportunities.

Partnership and Collaboration:

  • Explore strategic partnerships, alliances, or collaborations with other organizations to expand business opportunities, reach new markets, or enhance service offerings.
  • Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial partnerships to drive growth.

Contract Negotiation:

  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with potential clients or partners, ensuring that agreements align with the organization's goals and protect its interests.
  • Work closely with management, legal, and finance teams to finalize contracts.

Strategy Development:

  • Contribute to the development of business development strategies and plans.
  • dentify target markets, define sales strategies, set revenue targets, and propose innovative approaches to drive growth.

Market Expansion:

  • Explore opportunities to expand the organization's presence in new markets or geographical areas.
  • Conduct market entry assessments, develop market penetration strategies, and establish local partnerships to drive expansion.

Relationship Building:

  • Network and build relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and decision-makers.
  • Attend conferences, industry events, and engage in professional associations to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and analyze business development activities, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, revenue growth, and market share.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management for informed decision-making.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the real estate and property construction industry or related field.
  • Relevant educational qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in using office suites and other relevant tools for business development activities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
