We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Oshodi / Isolo, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time


  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve the company's sales goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients that align with their business needs and objectives.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Prepare and present business development reports to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Key Performance Indicators

  • Lead Conversion Rate: The lead conversion rate measures the percentage of leads that successfully become clients.
  • Average Sales Cycle Length: The average sales cycle length measures the average time it takes for a lead to progress through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to deal closure
  • Client Retention Rate: The client retention rate measures the percentage of clients who continue doing business with a company. A high retention rate indicates satisfaction, loyalty, and successful relationship management.
  • Process Improvement Metrics: This metric involves measuring factors like cycle time, error rates, cost per process, or customer satisfaction.
  • Internal & External Customer Satisfaction Levels: As measured by of Complaints per period; Unresolved Issues per period

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 3 - 4 years work experience.

N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
