Job Title: Call Center Loan Recovery Agent
Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Duties
- Attend to customers loan request
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding loan payments via calls
- Keep updated records
- Answer questions and address complaints from Customers
Requirements and skills
- A minimum of National Diploma
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. Computer, etc.)
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills.
Salary
- N50,000 monthly + HMO and Pension Benefits.
