Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

  • We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our company's financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and business management. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to drive financial performance and growth.


  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Monitor financial performance indicators, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and other financial stakeholders.
  • Financial Board Reporting
  • Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.
  • Assess and mitigate financial risks, including credit, market, and operational risks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and business development efforts.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • MBA or Finance related MSC is an added advantage.
  • Accounting or Finance Certification such as (ACCA, ICAN, CFA or related accreditation)
  • Finance Strategy development and implementation at C-Level executive.
  • 8 years experience with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or senior financial leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and ethical behavior in financial management.
  • Experience in fundraising, M&A, or capital markets is a plus.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
