Locations: Ijebu, Ikoyi - Lagos and Ogun

Job Description

  • Are you an experienced Control Room Specialist? We are currently looking for experirnced control Room Specialist at our different location in Ogun State (Ijebu Mushin) and Lagos State (Ikoyi, Ikeja).
  • Your primary responsibility will beto Perform Control Room daily operations with high integrity and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor CCTV during the shift and report any unusual activity to Line Manager/Duty Security Officer.
  • Respond promptly to the radio checks, made by the staff and keep accurate records of all communication.
  • prepare Radio Checks Report for OSM.
  • Respond promptly to radio checks and keep accurate records of all communication
  • Keep a record of any incidents and report these to the Duty Security Officer
  • Monitor vehicle and staff movements via our Geolocation software
  • Report any alarm activation to the Duty Security Manager.
  • Manage the main switchboard, answer all the calls and direct them to the right department promptly and courteously.
  • Any other duty as directed by the Duty Manager or Line Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of KCSE Certificate with a grade of C+ and above
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a control room operator
  • Experience using relevant technology and security equipment (e.g. CCTV, Computers, 2-way radio and security software)
  • Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
  • Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
  • Must be live within locations highlighted (Ijebu Mushin and Ikoyi).

N80,000 - N200,000 / month.


  • HMO, Pension, Leave Allowance.
