Job Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with 1 to 2 years of experience who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers. This role is based in Benin City, Nigeria, and we prefer female candidates for this position.


  • Provide outstanding customer service to all incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers in navigating our products or services, providing accurate information and guidance as needed.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times, striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the management team.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and security standards, to protect customer information.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must reside in Benin City, Nigeria.
  • Fluency in English and any local language is preferred.
  • Gender Preference: Female


  • N80,000 per month.
