Job Title: Dispatcher
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Co-ordination of fueling operations for vehicles under his supervision
- Establishment of cordial working relationship with Fuel vendors to ensure continuity of operations.
- Timely retirement of receipts used for fuel purchase.
- Provision of professional support to drivers and coordinate fleet management operations
- Provide timeline feedback to fleet management team and operational support to drivers.
- Preparing reports to management on fueling activities (usage / consumption)
- Collation and analyzing fleet information for areas under their purview.
- Providing real time and timely feedback to enable fleet management to make decisions critical to sustaining fueling operations.
- Understanding and coordination of bus routes
- Follow up on vehicular maintenance, servicing, and repairs if necessary.
- Inventory of vehicular travel time logbook
- Providing technical support in the case of emergency breakdowns
Requirements
- O.N.D. in any field of study
- Medium to advance competency in Microsoft suites, especially Excel spreadsheets.
- Preferably some level of fleet management experience (minimum of 2 years).
Salary
- N108,000 per month. (Net)
