Job Description

  • Seeking Estate Administrator: detail-oriented, organized. Manage estate operations, ensure legal compliance, support clients. Must be IT savvy, adapt to new tech for process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of estate properties, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, budgets, and expenses.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of estate plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
  • First contact for agents and other professionals for property transactions and inspections.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 2 years work experience.
  • Proven experience in estate management or administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and estate management software.
  • Knowledge of legal and financial aspects of estate management is a plus.

Salary

  • N80,000 monthly.
