Job Summary
- GHR Consulting seeking an experienced and skilled Factory Supervisor for our client, a furniture manufacturing company. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our factory, ensuring efficient production, and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate factory staff to achieve production targets
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures
- Monitor and optimize production processes to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic plans
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
Requirements
- OND / HND or BSc in a relevant field ( Engineering, Technical or related)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a factory setting
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
