Job Brief

  • Our client seeks to recruit energetic, result oriented, self-motivated and well-focused Fashion Sales Mnanager.
  • He/She will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
  • The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients

Job Summary

  • Prospect and qualify leads, generating interest garment factory's products and services.
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain the required level of the relevant domain (industry) knowledge to have meaningful conversations with prospects
  • Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience as a Fashion Sales Manager in a Fashion Manufacturing Unit , is an added advantage
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth objectives.

Job Skills and Requirements:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, minimal supervision, prioritize workload and meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Achievement of monthly/annual target and any other responsibility as may be required.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, mature, ambitious, intelligent, articulate and knowledgeable.
  • Proven ability to do consultative and concept selling.

N150,000 - N170,000 Monthly.
