Job Brief
- Our client seeks to recruit energetic, result oriented, self-motivated and well-focused Fashion Sales Mnanager.
- He/She will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
- The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients
Job Summary
- Prospect and qualify leads, generating interest garment factory's products and services.
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain the required level of the relevant domain (industry) knowledge to have meaningful conversations with prospects
- Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years work experience as a Fashion Sales Manager in a Fashion Manufacturing Unit , is an added advantage
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth objectives.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Present our company to potential clients
- Proven ability to work under pressure, minimal supervision, prioritize workload and meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Achievement of monthly/annual target and any other responsibility as may be required.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, mature, ambitious, intelligent, articulate and knowledgeable.
- Proven ability to do consultative and concept selling.
Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 Monthly.
