Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our Holidays Division.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our holiday packages and services to B2B clients.
- This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote holiday packages and services to B2B clients.
- Identify key target markets and segments within the B2B space and devise targeted marketing strategies to reach them effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and sales targets.
- Organize and execute marketing events, roadshows, and trade shows to showcase our holiday offerings and engage with prospective clients.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to support sales efforts.
- Manage relationships with key partners, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and industry stakeholders, to drive mutual business growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including ROI, lead generation, and customer acquisition metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing automation tools.
