Their vision is to establish a world-classeducational centre anchored on both Montessori and Conventional educational system built around sound academic excellence andhigh morals. Modern teaching equipment like computers and audio visuals are used as teaching aids in a student-friendly environment for accelerated learning outcomes.
Due to their desire to commence within the next one month, they urgently seek to recruit highly qualified professionals in the school as follows:
Job Title: Head Teacher
Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective processes for the learning and development of children.
- Manage the reviews of teachers and other teaching staff within the school community.
- Implement safeguarding procedures as required.
- Manage the school budget for all required expenditures such as learning materials, salaries, and also extracurricular activities.
- Arrange and oversee parent-teacher meetings.
- Prepare the teachers, pupilsand other staff members for inspections conducted by the regulatory authority.
- Provide reports on performance, financials, and improvements to the board.
- Create a diverse, dynamic, and inclusive environment among the teachers and pupils.
- Take classes when required to cover for sickness and absence of teachers.
Qualifications
- B.Ed, BA/B.Sc plus PGD in Education.
- Must possess at least tenyears robust teaching and pupils management experience from knownschools
Other Conditions:
- Candidates for Primary School Head Teacher must be grounded in Math, English and Sciences
- Candidates for Nursery School Head Teacher must be grounded in management of Nursery and Playgroup pupils
- Ideal candidates should presently reside or can procure accommodation in Trans Nkisi axis
- Accommodation shall be provided for some key teachers

Salary
N100,000 - N110,000 per month
