Job Title: Operation Supervisor

Job Description
- Overseeing specific departments such ashousekeeping, maintenance and laundry or frontdesk andrestaurantsdepartments.
- Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
- Ensure that quality services are rendered per time.
- Welcoming and registering guests once they arrive.
- Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.
- Organizing activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 years work experience.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication abilities, including proficiency in English and the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Working knowledge of hotel management software, reservation systems, and point-of-sale platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting and cost control.
- Certification or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
