We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager (Lounge)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time


  • Lead and motivate a team of bartenders, servers, and support staff to deliver top-notch service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Oversee all aspects of lounge operations, including bar service, food service, cleanliness, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to set goals, track performance, and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as liquor licensing requirements.
  • Manage inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed expectations.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities, implementing innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience.
  • Participate in promotional events, marketing initiatives, and community outreach efforts to attract new customers and build loyalty.


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality management, with a focus on food and beverage operations.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
