Job Title: PAYGO / MFI Channel Business Manager - Solar

Job Description
- Successful candidate will be responsible for Business development of SHS Channel and leading key partnership and growth of Finance channel: Banks, MFI and other strategic financing partner
- Reports To: Country Director
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Finding and onboarding new SHS Partners and Distributors
- Account management and development of existing SHS partners.
- Develop Strategic Partnership with key financial channels: Banks ,MFI etc
- Onboard and Support Financial Channel
- Plan and coordinate operational sales activities with partners
- Achieve business partner sales growth and satisfaction.
Breakdown of Responsibilities:
Commercial Management:
- Manage closely SHS Partners with daily monitoring ensuring targets are achieved.
- Develop new SHS partnership / Distribution Channel
- Manage and grow existing partners.
- Prospect and find new strategic opportunities.
- Develop and deploy new strategies to increase sales opportunities.
- Develop new opportunities in weak grid and off Grid segment
Operational Management:
- Manage and Coordinate Partner orders.
- Key Account Management of new and existing Partners
- Directly work with logistic officer to ensure goods are properly tracked and available for customer delivery.
- Directly work with the technical officer to ensure proper after sales service and accurate logistics.
- Reporting and tracking of Sales leads and business prospects.
Project Management:
- Ability to Develop and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Document, maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures.
- Document learnings.
- Support on reporting and dashboard establishment.
- Lead cross departmental collaboration and communicate status of project to all levels of organization.
Skills, Competencies and Experience
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in a manager position
- Mandatory to have experience in Paygo and SHS Space
- Experience in managing finance channel
- Experience in tracking and managing budgets
- Have been exposed to work in a small start-up environment
- Experience in multi-cultural environment
- Experience in business development working with external stakeholders
Key Professional/Educational Skills:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business preferred
- Project Management
Competencies:
- At ease with all Microsoft office tools especially Excel for reporting
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Good at creating strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
