Responsibilities
- Design and deploy maintenance strategy for process and packing plant and ancillaries’ equipment.
- Achieve world class standards in Safety, Quality and Environment.
- Run and maintain Utilities at agreed KPI.
- Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers, and customers.
- Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers, and customers.
- managing projects using engineering principles and techniques.
- Considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety, and time constraints.
- Using improvement methodologies for phenomena analysis

- Deliver 8hrs training per engineers, technicians and technical operators
Requirements
- Possess a University Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 5-10 + years’ work experience in a similar position
- Basic knowledge of engineering systems, maintenance practices as applicable to FMCG/Good manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in the use of Proactive planned maintenance tools ( CMMS , SAP-PM etc)
- Must be computer literate (ms-word, Ms-excel, access)
