Quality Control Intern (Corps Member) Opportunity in Nigeria

 IBIC Holdings is an investment firm with primary engagement in real estate development & brokerage and facility management. Our interests also cut across farming (poultry, piggery, plantation, snail & fish farming), logistics & haulage as well as cleaning & fumigation services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Control Intern (Corps Member)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos



Employment Type: Internship

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Inspections: Assist in conducting quality inspections of food, beverages, and service delivery to ensure compliance with company standards and guest expectations.
  • Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to quality control activities, including checklists, reports, and corrective action plans.
  • Process Improvement:Collaborate with the quality control team to identify areas for improvement in food preparation, presentation, service delivery, and overall guest experience.
  • Training Support:Assist in training staff members on quality control procedures, food safety protocols, and customer service standards.
  • Feedback Analysis:Collect and analyze guest feedback, complaints, and suggestions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance:Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies at all times.
  • Project Support:Support special quality control projects and initiatives as assigned by the Quality Control Manager or senior team members.
  • Learning and Development:Take advantage of learning opportunities to deepen understanding of quality control practices, hospitality industry standards, and operational processes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively.
  • Familiarity with regulations and quality control processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
