Job Description
- We are looking to hire an innovative and experienced Sales assistant who is ready to propel our organization toward growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Shop Supervisor in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition
- Maintain a fully stocked store
- Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs
- Keep up to date with product information
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE
- Proven working experience in retail sales
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
