Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Sango Ota, Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time


  • Process orders via email or phone.
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Contact customers/channel partners to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Liaise with the dispatch department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports as desired by seniors (region-wise, product-wise, channel partners-wise etc.)
  • Monitor the sales team’s progress, identify shortcomings and inform/update reporting manager.
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
  • Respond to complaints from customers/channel partners and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Inform customers/channel partners of unforeseen delays or problems in executing and/or dispatching the order.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material and/or events.
  • Ensure payments are received as per pre-decided credit terms send reminders and follow up with channel partners/customers.
  • Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect them.
  • Collect data on consumers, competitors, and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers/channel partners with the sales team and concerned departments.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Forecasting of sales for their respective customers/channel partners.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of sales experience in a plastic manufacturing company.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with the ability to analyze sales data and trends.
  • Ability to develop and grow a sales team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Result-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Adaptability to changing market dynamics.
