We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Supervisor (HR Background)
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards. Etc
Requirements
- Effective communication
- Sound Computer knowledge ( especially on Excel package)
- Had previous experience as a supervisor or similar role.
- Can withstand pressure and deliver at utmost best.
- Open to learn.
- A team player.
- Transparent and dedicated to the job. Etc
- Minimum of an OND qualification
- 2-4 years
