Job Description
- Our Client in the hospitality industry is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team.
- You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Anticipate guest needs and fulfill requests to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees in any related field with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
- Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
