Job Title: Architect
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and practical architectural designs for residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, and incorporate them into the design process.
- Produce detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using CAD software.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and comply with building codes and regulations.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that projects are executed according to the approved plans and specifications.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, resolve any design or construction issues, and ensure quality control.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet deadlines and financial targets.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
