About the Role

  • We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to manage the HR function of our commercial team (EasyBuy), the ideal candidate will provide the right HR support to the commercial team by ensuring the right talent is recruited, enhancing staff performance, supporting employee development and sales related activities and also ensure all the HR initiatives and functions aligns with the business need.

Responsibilities
What you would be expected to do:

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding and induction of staff across all levels from associates to senior team members within.
  • Managing the commercial workforce to drive a strong performance culture amongst the teams.
  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Handling employee grievances amicably and within reasonable timelines.
  • Works closely with stakeholders and employees to improve work relationships.
  • Ensure Morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Ensuring HR policies are up to date and accessible to all staff within.
  • Ensuring privacy of employee data and maintain up to date personnel files.
  • Providing timely payroll inputs for processing.
  • Actively participating in HR projects aimed towards delivering the HR agenda.
  • Delivering excellent information through weekly and/or monthly HR reports.
  • Regular visit to the field to check on field base employee wellbeing.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
You might be a strong candidate if you

  • Has minimum 4 years of HR generalist experience in a fast paced environment, ideally with a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management.
