Job Overview

  • The Charter Sales Manager is responsible for developing the charter sales program for Eazzy Jet and Luxury, establishing the company as a leader in luxury charters. This role involves providing outstanding customer service, successfully negotiating charter deals, and coordinating with partners and internal teams to deliver the best charter customer experience.

Responsibilities
Program Development and Industry Reputation:

  • Develop the charter sales program for Eazzy Jet and Luxury.
  • Build a strong reputation in the charter business by educating contacts, brokers, and industry stakeholders about Eazzy Jet and Luxury’s superior services.
  • Establish routine discussions with charter brokers, sports teams, government agencies, military, and other potential clients to generate regular inquiries and charter opportunities.

Maximizing Profitability and Capacity Management:

  • Pursue charters for unassigned asset time to maximize profitability.
  • Update monthly charter revenue projections based on forecasted vs. actual charter activities.

Customer Satisfaction and Operations Coordination:

  • Coordinate with partner’ operations teams to ensure charter customers’ expectations are met through successful and timely execution of charters.
  • Ensure operations are within budget, aiming to generate repeat business from satisfied customers.

Process Improvement and Team Building:

  • Build and refine processes and workflows to continuously improve charter sales and operations logistics.
  • Hire and manage Charter Analysts as needed to meet workload requirements as the charter business grows.

Strategic Decision Making and Customer Focus:

  • Decide which charters and customers to pursue and coordinate the services to be provided in each scenario.
  • Advocate for the revenue value of charter programs vs. scheduled services to optimize profitable opportunities.

Partner Network Aggregation:

  • Aggregate a network of partners who own jets, luxury boats, luxury vehicles, and yachts.
  • Sell these services to customers, ensuring a diverse and high-quality offering.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in commercial airline charter sales, luxury charter sales, or similar relevant experience.
  • 4-year degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong network and relationship-building skills within the luxury charter industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
