Job Summary

  • The Customer Care Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • This role involves handling communication through various channels and maintaining a positive relationship with customers.


  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.


  • National Diploma (OND) in any course of study.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.

N80,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
