Job Title: Customer Care Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via various channels (phone, social media) in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures to assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection, and pricing.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active listening, empathy, and effective make appropriate recommendations to customers. communication.
  • Identify customer needs, preferences, and feedback, and communicate relevant information to the appropriate teams to improve products, services, or processes.
  • Accurately record and maintain customer information, interactions, and transactions in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system or other designated databases.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication or related field


  • Minimum of one (1) years relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in any company
