Description
- We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Financial Advisors. In this role, you will be responsible for converting bank customers in various bank branches to sign up for life insurance policies. This is an entry-level position with little to no experience required. Selection will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, provided you meet the qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with bank customers to understand their life insurance needs and offer suitable products.
- Educate customers on the benefits of life insurance and the specifics of various plans.
- Assist customers in completing the necessary paperwork for life insurance policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to facilitate customer referrals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the policy application process.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of an OND / BSc in any course of study!
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and bank staff.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers.
- A basic understanding of financial products is an advantage, but not required.
