Job Description

  • As an HRBP, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with the company's businessobjectives.
  • You will work closely with business leaders and employees to create a positive andinclusive work environment that fosters growth, development, and innovation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support thecompany's goals and objectives.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent, with afocus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures,and best practices.
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, andperformance reviews.
  • Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed, ensuring fairand consistent resolution.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and bestpractices.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights for continuousimprovement.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and inclusiveworkplace for all employees.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant HR certifications are a plus.
  • 5 years proven experience as an HRBP or similar HR role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, preferably within the financial & tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HRanalytics.
