Job Description
- Our client is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee our plant operations and management.
- They want to hear from you if you have a proven track record of successfully managing plant processes, installing and uninstalling crushers, and leading quarry operations!
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire plant operation, from processing to final product delivery
- Manage and coordinate plant maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Install, commission, and uninstall crushers and other plant equipment
- Ensure optimal plant performance, efficiency, and safety
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Lead and manage a team of plant staff, providing guidance and training as necessary
- Collaborate with the quarry operations team to ensure seamless integration and optimal production
Requirements
- Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees
- Over 10 years of experience in plant process management, crusher installation, and uninstallation in the quarry industry
- Full understanding and experience with plant operations and management
- Proven track record of successfully managing plant operations from end to end
- Strong knowledge of quarry operations and processes
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
