 Ascentech Services Limited - Our client in the Oil & Gas industry is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time


Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate staff or department
  • Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls professionally
  • Manage visitor logs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare meeting rooms with the necessary materials
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies and order new ones as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • BSc/HND in any relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to learn new software and procedures quickly
  • Positive attitude and a professional demeanor
  • Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
