Job Title: Retail Sales Representative

Job Summary
- The retail sales representative will support customers in their merchandise purchases, delivering exceptional customer service to meet and exceed the company's sales targets.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and interact with them.
- Talk to your customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding the products.
- Ensure validation is carried for every sale.
- Ensure full sales process is followed for every scratch card sold.
- Answer customers questions about the product.
- Assist customers with purchasing decisions.
- Monitor stock and inform operations assistant when stock is running low.
- Activate packs, payment, check win, and claim winning cards using the hand-held terminal device.
- Perform other assigned duties.
