Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Administrator to coordinate and oversee the flow of our products to customers. The Sales Administratorswill provide clerical and organizational support to a sales team. As a sales administrator, you track orders, process paperwork, maintain the customer database, and ensure products or services are delivered on-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing purchase orders.
  • Issuing sales transaction waybills and invoices.
  • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
  • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Compiling weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison.
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Requirements

  • HND/B.Sc in any related field of study with at least 3 years proven experience as a sales Administrator.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
