Job summary

  • Our ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the Company's future direction by developing and executing strategic initiatives.
  • The Candidate will work directly with the MD/CEO and collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and formulate actionable plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • The role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, leadership, and effective communication to drive successful outcomes while providing high-level strategic and organizational support to the MD/CEO of our Company.
  • This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable individual who can effectively blend a strategy formulation with effective task management across a range of tasks while also ensuring the smooth functioning of the MD’s office, supporting its overall effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD/CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings and presentations
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Act as an effective liaison between the CEO and internal as well as external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and other employees
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring that information is up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Compile and analyze data and create comprehensive reports and summaries for the CEO's review.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently
  • Implement and maintain efficient filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Anticipate and address potential challenges or issues, and provide creative solutions to enhance the CEO’s productivity and efficiency
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans, business initiatives, and special projects
  • Conduct research and gather relevant information to support decision-making and problem-solving

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
