Job Summary

  • The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving the company’s growth strategies.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen and excellent communication skills.


  • Research and analyze market trends to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the company’s products/services and address client needs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Provide feedback to the team on market trends and client requirements to support continuous improvement
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • N200,000 - N250,000 monthly
