Job Title: Customer Experience Officer (NYSC)

Job Description
As a customer experience officer, your duties include:

  • Answering questions about the company’s products or services via phone, email, and in person.
  • Direct customers to online resources.
  • Handling customer complaints.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
  • Responding to customers' reviews.
  • Demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with customers, especially in sensitive situations.
  • Update customer records in the system
  • Create and maintain reports about customer interactions
  • Develop a rapport with customers.
  • Concluding sales for online customers.
  • Checking product availability.
  • Setting up accounts for new customers
  • Booking of orders
  • Processing of orders.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Linguistics or Business Administration
  • 0 - 1 year relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be a corper serving in Lagos
  • Young, smart and vibrant.
