We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Assistant

Location: Ibadan, Oyo



Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • To support the Heads of Credit units, to ensure loan and customer data is accurate to the supported requirements.
  • To produce accurate and timely management information on all Bucksway’s loan and investments portfolios, while providing the management with loan drawdown and redemption information
  • Working alongside other Unit Heads, and ensure smooth running of all transactions.
  • Maintains the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtained.
  • Maintain and demonstrate proficiency with loan software applications.
  • Work with system providers to utilize applications to fullest capacity, streamlining processes and procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyse, prepare, train for periodic updates to system software, and verify that enhancements are working correctly.
  • Assist with system parameters and design to meet the needs of multiple departments.
  • Direct loan input (system boarding) and verification procedures for all loans. Ensure proper segregation of duties, develop and maintain work flows for all stages of loan input.

Qualifications, Skills and Competence Required

  • HND, BSc in any Business / Management or IT related course
  • 1-5 Years work experience in commercial/retail business at any reputable bank or financial institution
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and ability..
  • IT proficiency is an added advantage.
